If you’ve ever left a medical appointment feeling unheard, rushed, or unsure of what to say—or you’re trying to speak up for someone you care about and don’t know how to get it across—this space is for you.
This workshop helps slow things down and bring clarity to what’s been happening in the body so it can be communicated in a way that actually lands. The focus includes noticing sensations, separating body and mind, naming symptoms, and organizing what matters most before the appointment even starts.
There’s also space to practice how to communicate with providers in a way that translates—being specific, asking questions, redirecting when things feel rushed, and staying grounded while advocating in the moment.
This is a virtual, two-hour workshop focused on doing, not just thinking. Real-life situations are worked through so it feels usable when it matters.
You’ll have something structured to bring into your next appointment, whether speaking for yourself or supporting someone else, so you’re not trying to figure it out on the spot.
