The Rhythm
The Rhythm is an 8-week group experience informed by evidence-based approaches and translated into everyday skills, designed for those ready to move at a different pace.
Over eight weeks, you begin turning awareness into consistent use. The focus is on building awareness, strengthening communication, and shifting patterns in ways you can actually use in everyday life.
Throughout the experience, you’ll learn how to slow things down, notice what’s happening in the moment, shift how you’re seeing situations, and respond in ways that feel more steady and effective.
You’ll meet weekly for 1.5-hour group sessions where skills are introduced, practiced, and connected directly to real-life situations.
Once the group begins, you remain with the same group each week, allowing familiarity, consistency, and rhythm to build over time.
Between sessions, you’ll have structured options to continue practicing, along with the opportunity to check in once per week for added support and accountability.
This isn’t about getting it right. It’s about staying with it long enough for it to start feeling natural.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is rhythm.
