You’re simply guided to slow down, reconnect with your body, and step out of constant doing.Through steady pacing, grounding, and body-based awareness, your system has a chance to settle in real time—not just think about slowing down, but actually experience it.You don’t need to prepare anything or share anything.

May focuses on noticing how your body responds to the sounds that catch your attention. Through sound-based awareness and gentle grounding, you’ll practice letting your attention move while staying connected to your body. A space to step out of mental noise and into the present moment.
Morning sessions offer a chance to settle in before the day begins.
Evening sessions create space to release what you’ve been carrying and reset.
