Join Talk With Them, Not At Them
Starting Thursday, July 9, 2026 | 6:00 PM 7:30 PM
Enrollment open
This 8-week group is for people who find conversations can quickly feel like too much—where things build fast, shut down, or come out in ways that don’t match what was meant—as well as those supporting someone who communicates this way.
The focus is on staying present in conversations, especially in moments that usually turn into tension, shutdown, or conflict. You’ll learn how to notice what’s happening internally, slow things down, and respond in a way that keeps the conversation from escalating.
This space is built with real-life in mind—miscommunication, emotional build-up, feeling misunderstood, and moments where it’s hard to stay in the conversation without reacting or withdrawing.
You’ll meet weekly for 90-minute group sessions where skills are introduced, practiced, and connected to real-life situations.
Between sessions, there are structured ways to continue practicing, along with the option to check in once per week for added support and accountability.
