This 8-week group is for people who feel things intensely, get overwhelmed quickly, or find themselves reacting before they have a chance to slow things down—and for those supporting someone who moves through the world this way.
You’ll learn how to notice what’s happening internally, slow things down, and move through high-pressure moments without reacting automatically. The focus is on what to do in the moment—when things are building, not after they’ve already passed.
This space is built with real-life in mind—sensory overload, burnout, communication challenges, and moments where everything feels like too much all at once.
You’ll meet weekly for 90-minute group sessions where skills are introduced, practiced, and connected to real-life situations.
Between sessions, there are structured ways to continue practicing, along with the option to check in once per week for added support and accountability.
